Sole Mates

Sole Mates is a race that supports the charitable mission of two nonprofit organizations in our community.

Fit & Able Productions is dedicated to building healthy communities one family at a time by providing fun training opportunities and creative events to kids and families. All of our events also help benefit one or more other great local charitable organizations that serve important needs in our community. 

Girls on the Run of the Triangle is a nonprofit youth development organization that inspires girls grades 3rd - 8th to be joyful, healthy, and confident using a fun, experience-based curriculum that creatively integrates running to inspire girls of all abilities to recognize their individual strengths, while building a sense of connection.
